On Wednesday and Thursday, June 13 and 14, 2007 - in order to finalize the last phase of track improvements, on the above days only the following trains will operate:
#680 and 682 - from Portland to Boston
#685 and 687 - from Boston to Portland
#3688 Train/Bus from Portland to Wells & Boston
#4688 Train/Bus from Dover, Durham, Exeter to Boston
#3689 Train/Bus from Boston to Wells, Saco and Portland
#4689 Train/Bus from Boston to Exeter, Durham and Dover
Everyone regrets the inconvenience but once this work is completed the Downeaster can resume its rightful place as America's Favorite Train and Most On-Time Train.
